Mr. Hong joined Group 70 International in 1971 and became a principal of the firm in 1977. The recipient of numerous awards, Mr. Hong is now CEO of the firm, with involvement in developing projects around the Pacific Rim. In Hawai‘i, Mr. Hong’s projects include public and private sector work, and he remains an active member of various professional boards. He is the firm’s specialist in resort and time-share projects, and in preparing Due Diligence Studies for property owners and buyers.
