Roy H. Nihei, AIA, CSI, LEED AP

Principal

Mr. Nihei has more than thirty years of professional experience in all phases of architecture, but specializes in feasibility analysis, project management, contract documents, and construction administration. In 1991, he became a Principal of Group 70 and is now the Principal-in-Charge of Project Delivery. Mr. Nihei often manages institutional, military, commercial, residential, and hotel projects. His past work experience includes a broad range of resort and residential design projects as well.
