Mr. Overton started as an Environmental Planner with Group 70 in 1988. As Principal, he serves as Chief Environmental Planner of the firm. He was the lead planner in several award-winning Master Plan and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) projects. A graduate of Duke University, he oversees a wide range of sustainable planning projects for community development, watershed management, infrastructure expansion and bio-energy initiatives.
