Is Group 70 Right for You?
Group 70's greatest strength lies in our people. Therefore, we make it a top priority to develop employees’ leadership skills and position them to succeed. We provide employees with the tools, opportunities, and consistent feedback they need to create their own paths and achieve their goals.
Group 70 has developed a span of benefits to foster employee growth and development.
- Group 70 has an established mentor-protégé program, where senior partners mentor junior partners who mentor associates, who in turn mentor staff.
- Our firm offers flexible work schedules. Employees can start anywhere between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. and end between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Group 70 also offers a work-from-home option in special-needs situations.
- Group 70 offers continuing education to employees by bringing in outside speakers or offering in-house training presentations.
- To foster outside professional training, staff receive one day off per year to attend presentations or seminars in their field of expertise, while associates receive three days a year.
- Employees receive an annual review to discuss their career and professional goals.
- Group 70 employees can also volunteer to be members of the Group 70 Foundation committee, which awards grants ranging from $2,000 to $10,000 to nonprofit Hawai‘i organizations.
