Honor & Integrate

By instilling a deep understanding of an area’s culture, heritage, and history at the onset of the planning and architectural process, Group 70 is able to establish a rich, embedded context that is meaningful and respectful to the regional community. This is the foundation of good planning and design.

Respect & Understand

Our approach to sustainable design begins with in-depth research of the project site, to understand its environmental context, geological and topographical features, wind and solar characteristics, and historical and cultural background. We provide innovative GIS and 3D visualization to assist in planning, design and decision making.

Develop Comprehensive Programs

We offer sustainable design tools to plan, build, manage and monitor utilities and infrastructurethroughout the life of the project whether it is a large mixed use community or a simgle building. Group 70 is developing a comprehensive systems-integrated methodology, using state-of-the-art sustainable design and asset management software. Internship programs will educate young people on all aspects of built environments based on sustainability principles.

Lead Future Design

Our mission is to foresee a sustainable future now: to conceive, conduct, complete and continue the best-in-class projects that demonstrate leadership in the global sustainability theater.
